Job Description

Function/ Dept :- Sales Responsible for Relationship Management and handling Mutual Fund sales through assigned retail channels (Banks, IFAs and National Distributors) in Mumbai Develop and maintain relationship with clients and all channel partners and increase market share for company Conducting meetings with clients/associates, understanding their needs and provide relevant feedback up the chain Responsible for empanelling and activating new distributors and also increasing market share To build a long term core assets through incremental net sales To increase collection with higher market share from present level and to enhance brand recall for company Develop and maintain relationship with clients that will generate future sales and repeat business Refer client feedback and competitor activities and provide quick feedback up the chain in the firm so that the firm can respond to changing market conditions. Assist the team leader/ reporting manager in making presentations Execute the sales plans and meet the set targets Competencies& Personality Traits NISM Advisory module qualified Has capital market knowledge and relevant experience of the industry Must manage communication to convince within/ outside the firm to accept proposal and programs where there is little interest in cooperating and participating. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Power Point) Positive attitude, self-motivated and confident
