As the Manager, the incumbent will develop Analytics opportunities by working closely with existing clients and new prospective clients (across both domestic and International markets) .
Work closely with clients in defining Project scope, implementation approach, resource requirements, costing and deliverables on Analytics assignments. Manage delivery (onsite and offsite) for Analytics assignments.

Ensure reportees comply with the security policy and procedure of the Company
Understand and Comply with Information Security Policies and Procedures, and report all security incidents
Follow the information labeling and handling procedures based on the classification level of the asset.
Adhere to the Internet Code of Conduct, email usage policy and customer information and data security policy.
Manage team expectations, growth and team communication.
Build effective vertical and horizontal communication channels
Managing Client expectations and building strong relationships.
Manage & Follow up on issues that affect customer satisfaction
Interact with clients to understand their requirements and deliver the same effectively
Graduate / Post Graduate from a recognized Institute or University in Statistics / Maths with experience in Service based organisations.
Hands on experience with Analytics tools R (is must), SAS & SPSS (preferred) and others
Numerical and financial ability
Experience of leading large teams.
Experience of Information Security norms and regulations.
ISO 27001 or COPC certification preferred.
