Communicate routinely with Project Managers on a variety of job-related topics including billing, procurement, contract agreements etc. Preparation of all monthly financial reports. Provide reporting and budgeting as required by Senior Management. Work with project management staff ensuring proper compliance with accounting procedures including reviewing and analyzing job cost estimates and reports monthly. Develop written accounting procedures for the operations staff and work with the team to ensure proper implementation and compliance. Develop and maintain relationships with key partners including banks, title companies, etc. that will support and grow the business
2. Assist CA in Preparation of Trial balance, Profit & Loss A/C and Balance Sheet and finalization of accounts. Bank Reconciliation Statements. Preparing Sales invoices, purchase order and cheques for payment. Filing returns for GST & TDS. Preparing details for income tax and sales tax scrutiny. Knowledge of VAT & Service Tax. Knowledge of Tally or other accounting software. Should have a Bachelor’s Degree in accounting and/or finance with 3-6 years of progressive accounting experience. Experience in job cost accounting and financial reporting. Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
