• Perform level – 3 (L3) support of Dynamics CRM
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and the Go-To person for Dynamics CRM
• Act as consultant in assisting the usage of Dynamics CRM to end-users
• Provide ad-hoc training to end-users and L1 and L2 (IT services teams)
• End-to-end development of additional functionality to existing standard and custom modules in CRM (e.g.: Sales, Marketing, Quotes, Orders etc.)
• Involving in mainstream development of other CRM projects
• As this involves interacting with business end-users, Excellent communication skills are must.
