Job Responsibilities :

The client comes first - Responsibly conduct client interactions with necessary reports highlighting efforts, result and bottlenecks

Hiring - Support innovation in hiring strategies for finding the best talent pool

Qualification/skills :

Extensive knowledge of the P&C Insurance and Re-insurance business with exposure to thriving insurance markets like Asia and ANZ (8-10 years)
Demonstrated passion for problem solving and attention to detail
Comprehensive Team leading exposure (5+ years) with a proven record of exemplary customer satisfaction
High degree of competency in project management
Awareness of market trends and technology solutions best suited for the client

Additional Skills (If Any) :

Quick learner with ability to adapt to changing environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Hands on style with strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
Strong customer service orientation.
