On-site/ remote support and IT administration of network infrastructure and security.
Plan and setup of Systems and Network Infrastructure with failover solutions and site to site connectivity and security
Set up VoIP & PBX systems using Asterisk and FreePBX
Design & setup of Fault Tolerant and Redundant models for mission critical applications & services at every stage
Provide technical expertise/training to end-users as needed to resolve network and firewall related issues
Provide *around the clock* support. This will include responding to call-in emergencies on weekends and after hours when on-call.
Must have 5+ years of experience in Tech Support/ IT infrastructure support & management
Excellent communication skills to interact with US office, remote support in USA and outside interaction in USA.
Should have exp. in troubleshooting systems and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
Self-motivated and enthusiastic approach to problem solving and self-skill enhancement
