Additional Work Location(s) :Responsibilities:
Responsible to support the Global Engineering Tools (GET) team in the area of project management tools in the Connected Car division.
Administration of the Engineering Tool Suite with regards to project planning and document management.
Support the global Service Desk (level 1 and 2) for
Support the roll-out of new processes, rules and configurations
Execute User Training on site or via Webex
Create training material
Coordinate and harmonize efforts in alignment with GET tool strategy
Plan, coordinate and establish solutions and new functionalities in a self-managed manner
Being the 1st contact for the Indian and US organization for this area.
Skills and requirements:
Education: Bachelor in an Engineering discipline, Quality, IT, Computer Engineering, SW-Development
6+ years of experience with Project Management and Document Management Tools, e.g. IBM Rational DNG, RTC; MS Sharepoint 2016; Windchill ProjectLink; MS Project Server, etc.
Very Good English skills (written and spoken)
Strong interpersonal & communication skills
Experience to work as administrator and as (internal) customer support
Team Player with structured and logical thinking
Basic SQL Database Knowledge
Ability to understand business processes and to translate into IT procedures
Ability to write clear & concise specifications, documentation & methodologies
collaborate with internal and external (3rd party vendor) contacts
Willingness to travel
