1. To establish a metrics to analyse the repair partner performance & benchmark as per industry best practice 2. To analyss device failure trends and prepare reports for decision making
3. To ensure data authenticity and high reliability of any report published
3. Responsible for publishing repair centre key KPIs such as - TAT; Repeat repair; Cost of Service; Spares use & recovery ratio
4. Analyse raw data and provide key data points on various Cost & Speed KPIs
5. To monitor and publish Service Performance of different repair vendors and ensure data is correct for necessary action to be initiated
