TASC & Institutional Business vertical is a part of Retail Liabilities division of our Consumer Bank. It is dedicated Sales/Relationship Channel for customer segments like Trusts, Societies, Educational bodies, Associations, Embassy/ Diplomatic Missions, Govt. Departments/ PSUs, etc.
TASC & Institutional Business broadly caters to 2 distinct customer groups
a) Retail Institutions business (RI)
b) Government Business (including Diplomatic Missions & Foreign Institutions)
Acquisition & servicing of Retail Institutional clients in the field of Education, Medical, NGO, Trust, Clubs, Associations, Sec 25 Cos., Societies, Religious trust, etc.
Would be responsible for handling transaction & investment banking business like Payments, Collections, Fixed Deposits, FX, Electronic Transfers, Online Payment Gateway, Asset business & other banking & financial products to the retail institutional clients
Create a rapport with the top management of all the clientele
Generate leads for other banking products offered by the bank like insurance, mutual fund etc.
Work closely with the Retail Branch for ensuring efficient service to clients
Retail Institutions KAM is expected to manage relationships with average CASA values of more than Rs. 10 Lacs
