Prospecting and acquisition and preparing product and service offers for the Workshops. Ensuring product and service delivery as per agreements with the workshops. Maintaining and monitoring key metrics to evaluate customer satisfaction. Tracking competitors and developing in-depth market intelligence and suggesting action plans. Coordinating with cross functions like supply chain and finance
Roles & Responsibilities:
Business Development through the Authorized Workshops/Service Centers of different OEMs/Car Manufacturers.
Responsible for business development and continuity in the workshop business (B2B) segment.
Accountable for relationship building with the customer.
Responsible for achieving the Gross Margin per liter and the Gross Margin pool in the territory.
Monitoring and ensuring the product off take of customers is as per the investment proposal.
Involving the channel partners in B2B business for consistent performance.
Ensuring commitments as per the offer are carried out within committed time.
Conducting different value added activities like service campaigns, up trading campaigns and Health, safety, security and environment campaigns for the customers.
Building sound relationships with OEM service managers to make the brand as the most preferred partner.
Participation / Conduction of Service campaigns and other value added training programs at the OEM Dealerships.
Maintaining excellent relationship with Workshop Officials as well as Dealerships & ensuring smooth operations.
Periodic Planning for Sales as well as Stock/Inventory.
Periodic Monitoring and Collection of the Trade Receivables
