Job Description

We are looking for Experienced Tech Support Executive (at least 6-month experience)
Skills: Outbound Tech process, Inbound Technical Support Process, Receiving Inbound calls, Sales, selling
Qualifications: Any Post Graduate Sales Experience :0 to 2 years regarding Inbound calls from customers regarding printers, routers, emails etc.. Analyzing the issues correctly and selling the relevant plans a: Attaining and software.
Candidates profile; must be able to close calls and take payments from the customers. Must be confident in pitching about the service plans to the customers. Must be very fluent in English. Must be Comfortable for the Night shift.
