Job Description

Institutional Sales Head - Specialty Division - Pharma (15-20 yrs) - You will be responsible for Pan India Institutional sales for ONCOLOGY,NEPHROLOGY,UROLOGY business from your SM,ZSM,RSM,ASM. - You must have experience in Pharma Industry only in Super Specialty Division ONCOLOGY,NEPHROLOGY,UROLOGY business . - You must have experience in Tender Business for 12 to 20 yrs. - Establishing and Sales of Company Products to Health Professionals in Govt/ Semi-Govt/ Autonomous Bodies/ Corporates. - To achieve pre-set sales of our high quality products that meet not only external regulatory requirements, but our own rigorous internal standards thereby contributing top line and bottom line to the organisation. - Help internal customers (Area Business Manager,RSM,ZSM,SM) with functional support. - Coordinate with various Divisions and commercial for Profitable/best pricing and its approval. - Identify opportunities for introduction of Products in annual rate contracts - Appoint and liaise with institutional supplier to ensure stock availability. - Create Data-base of Key Institutions, personnel and competitors activities. - Identify need to draw support from Marketing and Sales teams to create opportunities to overcome price challenges through scientific routes. - Maintain updated tender support documents, with the help of regulatory, commercial and quality assurance departments. - You must have Leadership skill,Good Communication. - Candidates from Mumbai are preferable. IF you are ready to relocate at Mumbai Reason should be valid.
