Provides administration around all Informatica development, test, and production efforts. ETL (extracts, transforms, loads). Responsible for setting up user files system accounts, managing the tools installations, upgrades and patch /software release implementations, working with others in the department to define and implement the process for systems alerts, notifications, configuration parameters, performance and capacity.
DUTIES / ACTIVITIES:
CUSTOMER SERVICE: ¿ Responsible for driving the Client's culture though values and customer service standards. ¿ Accountable for outstanding customer service to all external and internal customers. ¿ Develops and maintains effective relationships through effective and timely communication. ¿ Takes initiative and action to respond, resolve and follow up regarding customer service issues with all customers in a timely manner.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: ¿ Works with the Informatica help desk to open calls and implement resolutions. Registers issues into the Informatica support system and tracks ticket numbers issued by Informatica. Gathers additional information from customers where necessary and recommends resolutions.
