Job Description

We have a huge vacancy in Inbound Tech Support campaign.
Shift - Night/Rotational Shift
Salary up to 26000(Depending upon the experience)
Huge incentives up to 20,000
Inbound process with fixed Salary
Growth opportunity by performing
Hike in the last drawn salary (If have proper relevant papers)

Responsibilities and Duties
• Candidate have to understand customer's problems
• Candidate have to understand customer's technical problems related to PC,Router,printer,mobile etc
• Candidate have to take remote access and troubleshoot technical problems with the relevant software
• Candidate have to convince customers to register and buy our plans
• Candidate have close the call by taking the payments and generating the bills
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
• Candidate must be comfortable in English
• Candidate must be flexible in Night Shift and rotational Shift
• Candidate must have at least 6 months experience in Tech Support
• Candidate must know how to take remote access,troubleshoot problems and close calls
• Candidate must be serious and job oriented
• Candidate must be comfortable in working 6 days in a week with 10 hours working and one rotational week off
