Handling the End to End recruitment activities for Contract to hire requirements
Involved in Hiring for junior, Middle and Senior Level Management positions
Sourcing the profiles, short listing the profiles and sending it to the respective hiring managers
Handling and Responsible for managing the entire Recruitment cycle from Sourcing, screening, validating resumes preliminary interviews, salary negotiations, finalization of candidates, follow up, coordination, etc. offer and to joining formalities.
Experience into Sourcing profiles through various job boards like (Naukri, Monster) and Employee referrals, Internal portals, for various skills to gauge more exposure in Passive Sourcing , posting jobs & Mass Mailing on different job sites
After sourcing the resumes, screen them based on job description to check parameters like education, Experience, Communication skills ,interpersonal skills ,candidates depth knowledge of relevant technology, functional skills, Job history, ability to travel and other relevant qualities, Salary fitment , willingness to re-locate etc & then co-ordinate with the panel member for scheduling different levels of interviews.
Scheduling interview of the short listed candidates and taking feedback after their interview.
Follow-up with candidates until they complete all rounds of the interview & negotiating / finalizing salaries for candidates selected as well as working on back-ups in case they dont join.
Co coordinating Weekday/weekend walk-in as per the requirement by pooling precise talent and schedule interviews to ensure committed number of candidates taking into account of candidates attended & the no. number of shows.
Prepare daily weekly and monthly MIS & Maintain active database of prospective and rejected candidates.
