Helpdesk support officer who will carry out below set of activities. Register Calls / incidents / change requests reported through mail/ phone. Provide first hand support to users if possible. Respond to queries either through call or mail. Categorize & Assign the tickets / change requests to respective group / consultants. Co-ordinate with users and consultants to clarify the doubts, reassign the incidents etc. Track the progress status, communicate the status to users, send daily progress status, prepare monthly report in excel, prepare SLA reports etc. Preferred Skills & Knowledge: Professional experience & Skills 1+ years of work experience in Helpdesk maintenance is desirable. Working experience in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and power point. Experience of preparing SLA reporting, tracking progress in excel. Able to follow established working practices / standards Qualification: Diploma / B.Sc Job Location: Jamshedpur Relevant Experience: 2 - 3.5 Years.
