Job Description

Graduates any stream (B.com,BA,BSC) Good Communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of Computer and Excel. Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information. Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements. Manage and resolve customer issues Process orders, forms and applications Identify and escalate priority issues Follow up customer calls where necessary Document all call information according to standard operating procedures Complete call logs.
