Responsible for CEN Network KPIs within agreed limits/above benchmark defined and KPI improvement plan, implementation of plan.Ensure appropriate stakeholder management, partner/vendor governance meetings, introduce new tools, OSS enhancements, necessary process change implementation and enforcement. Support MTTR reduction programmes through various standard practices implementation, keeping checks, tracks and continuous monitoring and management of KPI, other operational efficiency factors.
Responsible for operational planning, process adherence, enforcement, introduction of new tools, OSS enhancements, maintain required resource and skillset in the team.
Customer services migration support, drive upgradation of platform to latest technology as recommended/planned, ensure upgradation of network platform seamlessly.
Ensure captive and non-captive customer SLAs are network compliant.
Operationalization of new nodes, links. Recommend and drive operatonal excellence programs for FLDS networks/captive customer networks
