Job Description

Key Functions & Responsibilities:-

Ensure compliance and implementation of KYC requirements
Ensure and maintain accuracy and timeliness as per Banks established Service Level Agreements (SLA) along with adherence to process & documentation standards
Ensure appropriate action against any un-reconciled/ outstanding entries. Ensure NIL operational & financial loss at the Hub
Effectively Support audit in retail operations by Internal, External, Concurrent, and Statutory & RBI auditors
Responsible for comprehensive compliance & satisfactory audit rating of each unit within the Hub. Take corrective actions and ensure compliance with audit findings
Support implementation of all initiatives initiated by HO towards overall Operations risk management and Fraud Prevention & control
Mentor & train team members, towards Ops Risk Management & fraud prevention and control
Establish and manage vendor relationships for all operations and product related outsourced activities at retail operations
Ensure that all people, process, data & systems in the unit are well attuned to deliver consistent & superior levels of service to all stakeholders
Establish and implement uniform and benchmarked processes and practices across units as per Banks processes and procedural guidelines
Play a pro-active role in new products, processes or systems roll out impacting operations at hubs
Thorough with RBI circulars & guidelines related to KYC, retail operations & products, clearing operations, outsourced management and cash management including doorstep banking
