Job Description

Primary Roles & Responsibilities
Overall control of the Human Resource function
Formulating strategies appropriate to the organisation's mission and goals.
Developing effective Training & Development Program
Utilizing technology to enhance and measure the result of HR program
Develop and Implement KRAs/objective based PMS in conjunction with annual business
Experience implementing diverse and high impact HR initiatives to support organisational objectives
Support OD initiatives in the areas of value cascade, transformation, competency mapping, employee engagement & other projects based on organisational requirement
Compensation and Benefits Management with statutory compliances
Lead a team across multiple plants/ Physical location
Nurture a positive and motivated working environment
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems and procedure across the organisation
Develop Talent Management strategy including manpower planning, recruitment & selection skill and succession planning
