He/She is responsible and accountable for all Transition Management activities associated with large scale, complex, multi-tower (including IT, Infrastructure and Business Processes) engagements.
Deliver the Transition of Projects and Programs in line with Organization's Transition Framework and recognized best practice methodologies.
Produce detailed Transition plans with agreed milestones and inter dependencies
Responsible for management of the transition project team, internal technical resources, 3rd party suppliers and interface with account team members and client stakeholders.
Ensure smooth handover of the program to the delivery team at the end of the transition and handhold the delivery team during the initial couple of months.
