Job Description

- Strategizing and Leading all people development interventions for the organization which will include talent planning and talent review, talent feedback, pipeline development, succession planning, coaching, career frameworks, talent effectiveness and assess the impact of all initiatives - Leading & driving performance management process with a focus on consistent implementation - Design and execute key talent productivity enhancement initiatives across all functions to improve Talent ROI, working with the right HR technology vendors to enable the same, if needed - Creating the talent strategy for high potential employees at senior and mid-career levels, ensuring an enhanced pipeline of high performing professional talent. Develop and implement career path and development roadmap for high potential employees. - Ensure functional capability framework is implemented and proper tracking is done to map ROI for the functions - Collaborate with the leadership team on the formulation of key strategies by anticipating Talent issues and solutions as appropriate. I hope you- re up for the challenges as well - Understanding the company and industry needs and aligning the talent management processes and new initiatives to meet those business needs. - Effectively managing expectations of all stakeholders through expertise and knowledge in the domain Keeping abreast of contemporary talent management best practices to enable best performance and retention of key talent. - Negotiating and convincingly demonstrating the impact and efficacy of talent management processes and initiatives on the business To perform this job well, you must have- - Change Management skills. You will be influencing key stakeholders, processes, and teams on new initiatives and their potential impact - Project Management Skills. Well, you run the show & handle the development interventions. So you must be able to work in tight timescales. - Functional Knowledge and Business Acumen. Experience and knowledge count!! You will have to lead and support the initiatives. - Executive Presence. Hey, you have to convince the bosses of your initiatives through your verbal abilities. - Teamwork and Collaboration. Relationships are critical in your area of work, so be prepared to work together with a lot of people. - Results Oriented Behaviour. Targets matter!!! So be prepared to achieve results and accomplish tasks. - Analytical and problem-solving attitude. Demonstrate the impact of your interventions on business. - Networking and inter-personal skills. You will need to interact with loads of people, the business heads as well as the employees. - Stakeholder Management Skills.
