Job Description

Head Sales

Should have good dealer and distribution network.
Responsible for Region management - Sales, Commercials, Processes, Route to Market and Network.
Identifying and driving strategic priorities for the region.
Driving point of buying leadership and execution standard.Capability building and training of direct and indirect field force and building a talent pipeline.
Gaining market share in all the states of the region and lead market share gains for the country.
Set benchmark for the organization for in store execution by leading the Perfect store scale up and scale up through third party deployment model.
Understands Business Vision and develop sales strategy for Personal care in alignment with the business vision for the achievement of annual sales targets, expansion & retention of the market / customer base and development of a strong brand proposition.
Develops plans for the expansion & development of the growing sales channels for Personal care and identify future growth opportunities for various product segments in these channels.
Develops strategies with Marketing and Trade Marketing teams for product promotion as applicable and to ensure recall in the minds of the consumer and contribute to the formulation of annual marketing plan.
Ensures research and reporting on future changes in the Personal care business and take into account these factors while planning of the business’s strategy, resources and procedures and improvise the sales strategy.
Self-starter who can understand, formulate and execute strategies; who has the ability to work in ambiguity and chaos and has entrepreneurial style of functioning
Problem Solver, with limited supervision, who can take critical decisions
Build relationships with good networks and contacts to gain support from all levels of company, customers and people
Focus on identification of needs and delivering results is the base of every function. The person should think and maximize efforts in the requisite direction to deliver the best results.

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS
MBA or PGDM from B. School Minimum 15 years of work experience in leadership capacity in FMCG, preferably in Personal care category
