Job Description

Develop and Implement effective sales process - the primary tool to drive company revenues and grow the sales efforts.
Formulate Annual sales Targets, planning, and budgeting processes used within the sales organization.
Develop processes and systems for effective Sales and distribution and ensure implementation across the Country.
Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization’s planning efforts.
Conduct research of competitor pricing, program, and distribution strategies and recommend changes to ensure competitive positioning within industry.
Determine annual region wise and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
Developing Distributors and Dealers across the country. Monitor and guide team of RSM, ASM
To develop, review and renew the Business terms and conditions of the Galleries.
Increases management's effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining managers; communicating values, strategies, and objectives; assigning accountabilities; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; developing incentives; developing a climate for offering information and opinions
In partnership with cross-functional colleagues assist in identifying risks, solutions and risk mitigation strategies in context of changing internal and external factors.
Hold multifaceted responsibilities like Pricing, Business Planning & Trade schemes.
Responsible for Blinds MIS and P & L Reports.
