1) Work closely with the BU Heads as well as Service Line Heads to understand the resource requirements and cross-training needs . Implement the Demand Forecasting process and revert with a fulfilment plan.
2) Maximize internal fulfilment through a team of Resourcing SPOCs under RMG Managers
3) Ensure organization and service line utilization is maintained as per norms on a sustained basis and efficient bench management
4) Take ownership of the organizations H1B visa planning exercise from nomination evaluation to timely onsite deployment
5) Execute the Rotation Policy of Client
6) Spearhead the induction of the new Enterprise Talent Fulfillment module of the Enterprise system when implemented.
7) Take charge of a team of RMG Managers plus RMG SPOCs
8) Present regular updates to leadership on the RMG matrices
9) Collaborate with the TA Head as well as team to form a seamless fulfillment staffing engine.
