"The incumbent will be responsible for providing management with solutions to enhance team, business units and organizational performance.
At the back of consulting done by Accenture, the role includes creating and implementing a comprehensive execution strategy through programs like organization design and structure, work levels, workforce planning, design of measurements and scorecards, implementation of change and transformation, deploying smart processes and smart technology across various BU's and functions.
The key responsibilities for the role will include:
Provide advisory services and orchestrate enterprise wide change in partnership with OE Study Project consultants. Lead organization & job design activities to streamline and implement new organization structures, roles and/or processes that facilitates speed, efficiency and support rapidly shifting business demands.
Design engagement solutions that build employee commitment at all levels of an organization to the vision, strategy and culture. Develop measurement tools to determine engagement outcomes. Effective use of Performance Planning & Review Process and ensure its use is aligned with the execution of Business Strategy.
Partner with business units to drive process improvements; identify root causes to issues and recommend concrete solutions that increase organizational capability. Work in partnership with CHRO, Business HR and Business Heads to develop enterprise engagement strategies and deployment plans.
Build strategic, integrated solutions that address causes affecting performance by providing assessments and data analysis to the appropriate business functions.
Lead change management initiatives designed to build culture of high performance.
Work with managers to identify the needs of their teams and plan for future scale and growth.
Build curricula that supports/enhances performance within the functional units.
Provide consultation on employee issues and challenges."
