Job Description

Overall Purpose/ Objective of the Role- Leading online & offline sales teams to achieve business objective. Focused on selling all financial products via these channels, capable of handling large teams, driving sales efficiency, mentoring/motivating, and managing the teams to achieve their productivity norms both qualitative and quantitative.

Experience and Professional Qualifications Required for this role- 12-14 years out of which 8-10 years of experience in financial sector and 4 odd years in the Online Space.
Minimum Management Experience: 6-8
Education Qualifications: MBA from a reputed institute
Technical Expertise: Relationship Management, Sales Leadership, Product in-depth analysis, Customer Management, Negotiation Skiills, Team Management.
Language Proficiency: English and Hindi- Strong command in verbal & written communication; knowledge of local/ other language is a plus.
Online- Channel:

· Define a structured strategy for ensuring a scaled up online sales function

· Work with IT for UI development for better customer experience, ease of sales and other sales enablement projects

· Set up of back end sales system for an effective on-line sales environment

· Run effective sales campaigns and drive higher conversions

· Ensure appropriate mix of product portfolios in line with the business objective

· Work closely to formalize online campaigns.

· People Management, Training and Quality check ownership

Offline Sales:

· Define the strategy for ensuring a scaled up offline sales function.

· HR & CXO Initiatives to enable offerings into corporate

· Sales budget and management for achieving the goals

· Pan India sales team management across different corporates

· Focus on sales target, numbers, user base, revenues, profitability and cost structures. P&L ownership of the Sales function.

· Feedback generation from Corporates towards effective product offerings, feeding into the Business teams.

BI activities on the sales generated from corporates, refining the sales strategy

Strategic Initiatives:

· Strategic sales programs and campaigns to be defined, run and managed towards userbase generation and revenue maximization

· Work with Business team for appropriate product positioning for high yield assets

· User behaviour analysis for revenue optimization, defining programs for the same

· Partner relationship initiatives and programs for mindshare and leadership.

· Industry connects and relationship for mindshare and promotion of our platform
