Should have sound knowledge of Insurance domain (Individual as well as Group business) and Core Insurance, Reinsurance policy admin systems
Should have expertise in the system implementation of new product rollouts
Knowledge of AS/400, DB2/400, Oracle etc core technologies
Knowledge of Reinsurance, Financial, Investment and Actuarial systems
Knowledge of Channel/Agency Management System
Knowledge of any Change Management Tool on I-Series.
Working on informational projects (e.g. PAS migration, end-to-end New system implementation etc) will be an advantage
Development Skills ITIL, SDLC, Change Management
Should have experience of handling system, process and people related Audits and Compliance requirements
Should be able to manage multiple teams, projects and systems simultaneously
Budget Management for IT Core applications vertical"
