RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION
Understanding the organization's manpower requirements and detailing of specific mandates, thereafter to formulate overall plan to meet the requisite standards for recruitment which involves developing a search strategy, sourcing candidates, interviewing, assessing and short listing for the position.
Work with Department Heads and get the exact requirements & draft job descriptions with their support.
End to End Recruitment (Manpower Planning, Job Posting , Liasioning with Consultancies & other Agencies, Screening the CVs & calling prospective candidates, Scheduling & conducting Preliminary & HR round).
PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Conducting annual & biannual Performance checks & appraisals in the organization.
Necessary documentation of Performance appraisal.
Evaluation & Analysis of skill set & competencies of employees.
Monitoring and reporting any variance between the agreed process of carrying out one to one , goal setting etc.
TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
Interface with Senior HR and external vendors & suppliers for the implementation of corporate training or training programs to meet the business needs where appropriate.
Identify key skills, specialty skills and propose training needs accordingly.
Analysis of training Needs.
Policy refresher training to Employees & Induction training to New Joinees.
Conducting Induction, Orientation & Joining formalities.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Monitor and report any variance between the budgeted & actual salaries and headcount.
To be in charge of payroll administration and to make all necessary co-ordination to make a smooth and efficient operation
Gather all necessary data through reliable vendors to benchmark the salaries and benefits for the said positions.
Compile all data needed for the annual salary review, and the annual performance appraisal analysis.
Payroll Management and implementation of statutory compliances like ESI & PF etc.
Salary Breakup & salary revision.
To detect and handle complaints, disputes and grievances of all staffs and to report them to the appropriate authority.
To foster a conducive working environment through employee relation activities and communication.
To conduct exit and grievance interviews with all departments/staffs
Setting up employee Motivational & Recreational activities .
Event Management: Managing On- floor & Off-floor events, birthdays & festival celebrations ,seminars etc.
POLICIES & PROCEDURES
Draft different HR policies, Appointment terms & conditions employee contracts, Rules & regulations etc.
To review the policies & procedures (or employee handbook) on a regular basis.
To create and implement the employee staff rules and regulations for newly created subsidiaries in the region.
HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM
Maintain smooth running of the Human Resources Information System.
Monitor & timely update of personnel records (personal details, position, salary, appraisal outcomes, leave records, training and awards).
Handling & maintenance of records in compliance with various statutory acts and governance

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
MBA or equivalent.
HR management experience in a multi-site or national organisation
