2.Training and Development.

3. Employee Retention & Attrition Management.

4. Change Management.

5. Time Office and Payroll Administration including wage processing.

6. Performance Management System.

7. Policy implementation & modification.

8. Managing Expats as and when needed.

9. Handling contractors and sub-contractor management.

10. Handling IR activities.

11.Statutory compliances and payments to employee under various acts.(Leave en-cashment, Bonus, Gratuity, Superannuation etc...)

12.Routine Admin activities.
