Key responsibilities: - Ensure existing client base is serviced well and clients are seeing value through XYZ. - Drive usage in existing accounts to minimize churn and enable growth. - Discover new practices of Client Success which significantly improve client retention rate & growth. - Continuously monitor & manage profitability across the portfolio. - Usage of all cloud based solutions as a tool by clients. - Drive innovation and constant value engineering projects for clients to ensure they see as a strategic partner. - Build, grow and develop a lean team that drive wallet share and gross margins for all growth accounts. - Identify additional client prospects to grow XYZ share of wallet and enter new avenues/industries that can be high growth opportunities for growth accounts. - Understanding company internal operations, technology, capabilities and targets. - As the face of the organization, help in building the brand of the company in the industry, vendor and customer community. Job Requirements: - Good leadership skills with structured thinking, having previous experience in handling teams. - Candidate should have previous experience in account management/client relations and packaging product sales. - Fast learning, networking and researching skills, high energy levels, ability to meet defined targets, sound understanding of business principles. - Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal with strong presentation skills. - Proficient at Microsoft Office and should be inclined towards Data Analytics.
