Create, manage and nurture a human resource excellence centre for the organisation at corporate level
Develop, advise and implement policies relating to effective use of human resources within the organisation
To have clear understanding of organisations business objectives and be able to devise and implement policies which select, develop and retain the right resources needed to meet these objectives
To ensure HR & Overheads budget evolution and its adherence
Maintain the organisation structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
Develop and implement a comprehensive policy for recruitment, selection, induction, career progression, and succession planning and exit policy for various levels of employees in the organisation
Developing along with line managers HR planning strategies which consider immediate and long term manpower requirements
Evolution, up gradation and maintenance of robust Performance Management System
Induction of new recruits to the organisation through a well laid out procedure (induction manual)
MBA - Human Resources
The human resource director is directly responsible for the overall stream line operations, coordination and evaluation of the human resource& administration function.
Provide Support&Supervisethe HR & Admin Team.
Provide strategic guidelines to the IRIS Team in UK.
Strong Technical Competencies in Compensation& benefits, Training &development, Operations, Performance Appraisal & Statutory compliance.
The role requires a HR Generalist experience having a Business HR Partner would be an added advantage.
