Responsible for all levels of talent acquisition, recruiting, university programs and recruitment programs, procedures, and plans. Serve as consultant and partner staying current on business and market trends, assisting on both the strategic and tactical level. Possesses strong understanding of client needs and hiring conditions external and internal. Provides advice, expertise and assistance to all levels of personnel both internal and external on various recruiting/talent acquisition related issues. Serves as trusted member of Global HR organization driving great partnerships with internal & external customers. Recruiters traditionally have one or more areas of expertise such as sourcing, interviewing/assessment, client/team management and candidate closing. Should do extensive partnering with all HRBP/HRM within the team(s) they support to stay up to speed on hiring needs and conditions.
Provides sourcing and candidate generation to hiring managers across multiple teams, organizations and locations. May be responsible for client lead/candidate closing as part of the talent acquisition process.
Handles all open requisitions for defined area of responsibility or client group(s).
Meets with hiring managers and candidates. Takes part in client/candidate management through interviewing, assessment and extending offers on behalf of Amazon.com. Demonstrates the ability to scale with hiring teams, driving new creative strategies, playing a more strategic role in recruitment process.
