Job Description

Manage execution, go-live, hyper-care and closure of projects according to project methodology
- Manage cross functional collaboration with CoE's. SBG's and Technology
- Define project structure by identifying required project resources
- Create and communicate clear and attainable project objectives
- Manage overall project progress and develop, execute and track project plans
- Ongoing review of project progress with Domain Account Manager and Sponsor(s)
- Prepare deck and present during Phase Gate review meetings for each phase of the project
- Pro-actively manage escalations
- Identify baseline and measure project benefits
- Partner with peers to leverage knowledge and standards to promote consistent, quality deliverable across all projects
- Ability to lead team of subject matter experts in HR, IT, Finance, and other disciplines in core team meetings and deliverables, while having no direct management ownership for the team members
- Actively participate in PMO CI Program; continual improvement of processes & tools; align to Methodology, SWI's, & MOS; focus on service to stakeholders, R&F and HUE
- Coordinate weekly POPs and circulate to HRS LT; on a rotating basis within the team.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project
- Fluent in speaking, reading and writing English
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMI certification
- Action oriented, quick learner who has experience in driving change and delivering bottom line savings
- Project management skills, demonstrated initiative, ownership & accountability
- Demonstrated ability to work with and organize the work of a project team to produce required results
- Analytical problem-solver with critical thinking.
