Candidate will be heading the HR division and responsible for,
Improve employee engagement and satisfaction index on regular basis to make the organization - a Great Place to Work.
Liaising with vendors and oversee the contracts and their renewals.
Should be very strong in Liaising with Government agencies like Department of Labour, Pollution control board, Local Councils.
Conducting Induction for new employees and imparting training on HR policy and procedures.
Formulate and modify, implement HR & Admin strategy in line with business strategy.
Preparation of offer and appointment letters as nature of work or level.
Handling Company and contractors their liaising work in Labour office like License making, R.C.of company renewal &Half Yearly return.
Monitor timely and accurate payroll management for all employees likes for company as well contractual employee.
Monitor on daily basis manpower, over time & late coming, absenteeism by ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system.
Monitoring of personal records of both company & contractors (Appointment, Confirmation, Increment, Promotion) etc.
To ensure PF & ESIC statutory requirements to be updated like payment, UAN registration for new joiners etc.
Maintenance and supervision of statuary records under Factory Acts.
Office Administration & maintain discipline in the staff & executives, Security Administration.
Coordinate the execution of various employee welfare activities like Canteen, medical camp, blood donate, birthday wish etc.
Maintenance of assets in good working & healthy conditions.
Meetings Organized & issuing circulars related to health & safety as well as social compliances.
To update Certifications work i.e. SA-8000, OHSAS, ISO 14001:2004.
MBA - HR with min. 10 years of experience in Garments, automobile, and other manufacturing industries are preferred.
Any manufacturing industry experienced candidates can also apply.
