Partner with business leaders and managers to understand business imperatives and articulate people priorities. Collaborate with specialist HR functions like Talent Acquisition, Learning and Rewards to design solutions to cater to the people priorities of your teams
- Drive the implementation/ roll out of org-wide people initiatives for your teams. Initiatives include, but are not restricted to learning interventions, talent reviews, benefits communication/ enrolment etc.
- Review and analyse team data across employee engagement, attrition, career growth etc. Derive insights and use the same to drive structure reviews with managers
- Support managers with creating hiring reqs, getting approvals and coordinating with Talent Acquisition. Conduct HR interview rounds to assess for culture and team fit. Work with Talent Acquisition and Rewards for compensation fitment
- Ensure hygiene of employee data by updating HR records and conducting periodic reviews
