Responsible for HR business partnering role for a leading E-Commerce client.
- Implementing HR programs, such as on-boarding, performance management, compensation planning,promotions,employee relations,benefits and leave administration.
- Partner closely with business managers throughout the planning and execution for these programs, aligning them to the business strategy.
- Influence and coach organization culture across all levels.
- Coach and develop leaders.
- Investigate and solve employee issues as they arise.
- Evaluate and handle leadership and employee development training needs.
- Manage headcount growth goals.
