Job Description

Strategize & drive excellence in marketing initiatives for in-store execution across retail/key accounts

Work closely with various agencies on events planning, conceptualization and participation

Drive the HoReCa team on initiatives & activations to build brand visibility & experience

Develop agencies for trade hardware development & management, events etc

Drive trade marketing initiatives, asset management (Visicoolers & Vending Machines).

Drive National Campaign regionally, through Field Marketing Team including BTL strategy & communication; increase brand touch points across festivals & key events

On premise & Off premise activation, roll out plans to build Top of Mind Recall

Consumer activation wrt planned touch points (consumers connected/ converted, spends management, spread & frequency of activation); impact of activation on brand awareness & brand building

Thorough in Marketing concepts, Good knowledge of Markets, Good project management skills, Leadership and Team Management skills, Budget management experience
