Job Description

This position shall be responsible to drive new client activation and reactivation through a team of activation

executives/managers and also through alternate channels viz, sales and digital. This profile will also be responsible for innovation and devising strategies to boost Unique Traded Clients (UTC) and & thus contribute to the overall profitability of the organization.

1) Principal Accountabilities :

Drive the team to activate the trading accounts of newly acquired customers and reactivate non traders & stop traders. Ensure that UTC targets for FY are achieved within the timelines

Designing customer onboarding strategy to ensure faster customer activation based on data analytics

Ensure customer touch points are used effectively for increased customer engagement including Axis Bank branches, Axis Securities sales, local / central advisory, portal, emailing, SMS etc.

Energizing various channels for achieving desired performance levels through various contests / Reward and Recognition programs.

Increasing customer stickiness through customized offering in terms of offers, pricing, communication, technology and processes.
Planning Monthly/Quarterly contest drives for sales team
Ensuring capability building of the team by providing training on a regular basis and ensure that the team is kept motivated at all the times

Evaluate existing processes and drive continuing process improvement initiatives.

Co-ordinate with Regional Heads / Circle Managers/ Channel Managers and provide adequate support to the sales team for activation
