5-6+ years of support experience
Experience with some of the following web technologies: XML, SAML, SPML/SOAP, Web and Application Servers, HTML, REST API, JSON
Experience configuring both Windows and Unix OS platforms
Experience with Directories (LDAP, AD)
Network troubleshooting skills.
Experience configuring and supporting IPSEC and SSL VPNs on routers/firewalls from major vendors
Deep understanding of IP Networking
