Role Details: Lead Client Operations and Services role involves managing the client engagement from Delivery Perspective, in terms of ensuring Operations delivery, Contractual compliance as per MSA, SLAs / KPI Compliance, ensuring client requirements are met and promoting Employee Satisfaction. Also, ensures all organizational targets pertaining to the engagement are met and exceeded. In individual hired for this position will be responsible for day to day operations for a client engagement servicing a key Global Custodian client.
Expectation from the individual will be to manage aspects of delivery for the client, at the same time add value to the client and the firm through Domain expertise, visible through growth and improvement in key indicators of success (Revenue, Margins, Account Growth, development of newer lines of business serviced etc).
10 years and preferred 12 14 years of experience in BPO Operations and Capital Markets. Outsourced Capital Markets environment in Asset, Wealth, Investment Banking etc. however preference is towards Custody Operations across Investor Services and Operations
