Job Description

Job Details :

1. Manage Sales operations India / Abroad
Working with Sales Teams, Visits to Dealers, other customer segments to secure Business.
Set Sales targets, responsible to archive them, make business plan of the Division & devise action plan to achieve the same.

2. Sales Training to Teams
Key features, USPs, Selling points &Product Presentation
Product Benchmarking with competition Product to Product, Overall Specifications.

3. New Product Development
Working with designers for new shapes, designs, matching with faucets ranges
Defining products specification (technically)
Getting certifications for the products as required

4. Product Portfolio revamping
Phasing out of non moving products, promotional offers to liquidate stocks.
Launch programme for new products Spread / sharing of informing to one & all.

5. Cost / Budget Controls
Fix costing parameters for items with OEMs
Ensure right / optimum pricing for products
Division to run as an independent cost / profit centre.

6. To complete oversee all Backend operations
Procurements Plans
MSLs maintaining / Computation system
Ordering process (timely)
Production plans by OEMs
Despatch plans to destinations
Inventory & Investment Controls
Quality Controls at OEMs
OEM selection to Quality & Quantity improvement.
Settlement of claims for defective products with OEMs

7. To oversee complete Customer Care operations
Teams to be responsible for Quality complaints by customers / dealers.
Complete monitoring system on complaints received & services rendered
Remedial actions to be initiated to check recurrence of defects product improvement.
Settlement of defect products claims complete policy process
Training course / manual / trainers to be developed for plumber training
Installation manuals, videos for ease in installation, Dos / Donts.

8. Value Additions
Product packaging improvement ensure no damage to products in warehouses and transportation.
Instruction manual for movement of materials end to end upto end customer / RDs with minimum damage.
Visits to markets to understand & support Dealers, Teams to improve Sales Performance.
