1. Would be responsible for the handling the day to day operations and administration of the different diagnostics centers of the company. Includes working with a team of center managers to manage managing customer experience, improve day-to-day operating performance of the centers, ensure availability of resources (including consultant doctors) for optimal operations, maintaining center infrastructure (including medical) in a top class condition
2. Prefer a mix of experience with BPO/Manufacturing/other B2B industries where business process reengineering and problem solving are key as well as Consumer facing business (single of multi-location) with sensibilities of handling consumers - healthcare, quick service restaurants, telecom, banking
3. The position may require travel to different centers of the company within Hyderabad and in Andhra Pradesh/Telengana as well as to Kolkata, Bangalore, and Gurgaon.
4. Key skills: Soft skills like people management and customer management, demonstrated track record of improving processes, strong team player, able to coordinate with different people within and outside the organization.
