Job Description

• Ensure proper and accurate maintenance of books of accounts & finance.
• Ensure accounting is done as per the proper accounting principles.
• Day to Day Account Control and supervision over team activities
• Supervision Annual Account Finalization.
• Statutory Compliance (Direct & Indirect Taxes).
• Budgetary Control & fund management
• Finalization of accounts & preparation of Balance sheet, P&L statement, cost reports
• Compliance with Statutory auditors regarding audit and ITR.
• Ensure timely filing of TDS Returns, GST return, VAT & Income TAX etc.
• Handling internal/external audit as per ISO standards and assist management with MIS
• Monitors cost of all departments regularly and suggest corrective action wherever needed.
• Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends
• Formulating strategic and long-term business plans
• conducting audits and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
• liaising with auditors, CA firm, bankers, financial institutions & government bodies
• Keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation.
• Supervising Financial Closures - Month End, Quarter, Half yearly and Annual
