The incumbent will be responsible to develop and lead the creative and design team in business communication and branding of Doreen Group.
The following works would be expected from the incumbent:
Develop the Group Branding portfolio
Develop website for all concerns,
Develop collaterals, stationaries, brochures, catalogs, email addresses and all pertinent communication mediums to establish a brand presence in the business environment of local corporate, nationwide outreach for some concerns as well as international market as well.
Develop a team of experts and technical assistants in accomplish branding goals.
Develop a marketing plan to promote the Doreen Brand
Provide branding strategy to respective Head of Department for design and execution of marketing.
Prepare relevant, complete and competent annual work plan and budget for individual brands.
Review competitor analysis and market potential study for product and provide expertise on branding directives to achieve marketing objectives.
Mobilize brand promotional strategies to enable achievement of business objectives of sales and market share including nor limited to the following:
Drive brand visibility on mass media through ATL communication & other relevant channels.
Execute the tactical plan using appropriate BTL initiatives.
Lead the relationship with external agency partners (communication, research, media etc.).
Develop strong social media presence.
Create permanent impression with consumers and clients.
Monitors market trends and oversight advertising and marketing activities to ensure positive branding message is delivered with the product or service.
The incumbent will be expected to work closely with many teams, including product developers, researchers, marketing personnel and creative agencies to make sure their company brand values and image.
The incumbent will also be responsible for the overall coordination and review of long-term brand management framework including:
Drafting and maintenance of long-term branding policies
Drafting and maintenance of long-term branding strategies
Brand book preparation.
The incumbent must have the vision for the following:
Research consumer markets, monitor market trends and identify potential areas to invest, based upon consumer demands and usage.
Generate creative names for new and repack existing products and services, with ideas for new packaging designs, including shape, size, colors, fonts and imagery.
The incumbent should also be responsible to lead and oversight the production of TV adverts, newspaper and magazine advertisements, direct mail packs, email campaigns, websites, exhibition stands, road shows and liaising with art designers, copywriters, media buyers and printers
