Job Description

We have an excellent opportunity for the position of Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager/ Manager - General Ledger,
(Record to Report ) for a leading MNC in Pune.

Designation - Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager / Manager - General Ledger - (Record to Report)

Job Location - Pune

Shift - Flexible

Experience - 5+ Years (Min experience in Team Handling AM-1.5 years /DM -2.5 years /MGR-4 Years)

CTC - 7.L - 13 Lacs (including variables)

Qualification - B.Com/M.Com


Job Responsibilities:
Day to day accounting knowledge,
Hands on experience in reconciliation,
Journal (accruals & adjustment),
Good command in communication skill (verbal and written),
Flexible for Night shift,
Hands on knowledge of Excel,
Good domain knowledge
Preparation of Balance Sheet Account Reconciliations in Local & Global currencies,
Month end closing and reporting,
Preparation of journal entries,
Open item management for Balance sheet and IC Reconciliation,
Preparation of Dashboards for external & internal reporting,
Preparation of Hyperion activities P&L analysis and make necessary adjustments entries,
Accounts Finalization

Skills

Should have strong knowledge on end to end GL/R2R
Should have strong people management skills


Please note: Candidate must have experience of Team Handling in GL/R2R domain and should be comfortable with Night Shift .

Candidates from BPO Industry experience should only apply.
