Ensuring adherence to quality standards and implementing stringent quality control systems.
Managing overall safety operations and preparing the plant for routine safety audits in accordance with OHSAS.
Adhering to statutory specifications & organizational standards for the maintenance of safety inside the plant during all routine and especially critical/hazardous operations.
Participating in safety audits and training the staff members & operators for these audits.
Motivating the team to excel and accomplish the assigned production targets.
Monitoring competency grids and identify training needs for skill / competency up gradation.
