Job Description

• Must have good analytical skills
• The candidate should be fully aware and must have used the standards like ISO 9000, ISO-14000, ISO-22000, FSSC, USFDA etc.
• Good understanding of regulatory requirements & compilation, preparation & finalization
• Good Knowledge of Castings, forgings, Machining, Assembly of Equipments and Fabrication works.
• Fully conversant with Material Standards and Testing.
• Thorough Knowledge of Quality Management Systems in line with ISO 9001(2008) STD
• Leader of cross functional teams for Quantum Improvements in Entire Supply chain Management include Vendor Qualifications ratings in process control and final inspection.
• The candidate should know the applicable standards, Sampling plans, testing methods of our kind of products
• Should have training capabilities, in order to train his own deptt and other deptts people on the Quality aspects.
• Since he would have to monitor all deptt activities, he should be able to have his control points, so as to be able to monitor.
• He should be able to interact with and convince the customer on his point of view.
• Such a person should have pleasing personality, soft spoken, yet firm and upright.

-Direct and co-ordinate to prepare sample plan
-Provide resources for analysis
-Review and highlight abnormalities for product quality to superiors / concerned
-Take corrective measures

- Identify the needs based on customers requirement
- Interact with suppliers / vendors for the development of new products at their end.
- To plan trials and identify the improvements observed.
- Co-ordinate with plant for implementation of pilot / plant trials


- Proper planning for the deployment of man power
- Improvement in analytical and testing methods
- Plan for Instrumentation
- Removal of non value adding activities.


- Plan for the formation of teams
- Distribution of responsibilities
- Guide, motivate for active participation of each individual
- Review the progress and audit report
