General Manager - HR :
Graduate in any discipline and MBA- HR/ or Degree/Diploma equivalent thereof. The candidate should have experience of over 15 years in a Hospital of repute in a position of HR Head, requiring extensive experience in HR functions, involving Selections, Recruitment, Performance Management and Training & Development of large group of personnel. Expertise in maintaining healthy relations, reddressal of employees grievances and possesses sound knowledge of statutory acts as well as capable of interfacing with regularity authorities. The candidate should be a good communicator, endowed with leadership traits and motivational qualities.
