Reporting to the executive director (ED), the director of finance and administration will define the process and implement the infrastructure/systems needed to support substantial growth over the next five to 10 years. S/he will continue to build and manage effective and streamlined administrative/financial systems, including financial, accounting, legal, information technology (IT), human resources (HR), and physical infrastructure.
As a member of the senior management team, will be involved in strategic planning, evaluation, and professional development initiatives, as well as planning for expansion to multiple new sites.
The Chief financial officer position is accountable for the administrative, financial, and risk management operations of the company, to include the development of a financial and operational strategy, metrics tied to that strategy, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results.
